Probably not, to be honest, but Wendy’s fingers were getting itchy and impatient just sitting around doing nothing. She needed to keep busy and she felt she needed to do something. It was irrelevant whether it worked or not; the intention was there.
Having a sister who was younger than her be diagnosed with such a debilitating illness as Alzheimer’s was just not fair.
As she attached the double-sided tape to the photo and placed it carefully on the page of the scrapbook she smiled to herself.
A book of memories, she liked to call them.
And right now, that’s exactly what her sister needed.
